This is the Colour of the Fuerzas Regulares de Ceuta ("Ceuta Regular Forces") Infantry Regiment, 1938-1940. It is an example of the new flags issued from 1938, which restore the pre-Republican colours and proportions and incorporate the new 1938 coat-of-arms. Coat-of-arms image by Luis Miguel Arias.
